Payment Policy

Payment Options: We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card. Payment is due at the time of service.

 

Hourly Rate: Our hourly rate is $75 per man-hour. We require a minimum of 6 man-hours of work to ensure that the project will cover our overhead costs.

 

Project-Based Pricing: We also offer project-based pricing for existing clients who have subscribed to our “Zen Casa” package, which secures quarterly checkups during which our specialists re-assess your space to ensure that our organization system continues to meet evolving needs. The annual cost of our Zen Casa subscription is $250. Touch-up service under this program allows for low threshold billing (as low as 2 man-hours) with up to 5 in-stock complementary organization products per year.

 

Additional Costs: Please note that the cost of any bins, baskets, or other home organization items required for your project will be added to your final bill. Oftentimes, we are able to acquire these items at a discount and are happy to pass those savings on to our clients.

 

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
